Fresh Eye Artists at Hyacinth

Soon-Wai Wong and Dan Stallsworth have both shown work at Hyacinth, an Itialian resturant on Grand Ave in Saint Paul.

Starting in January of 2024, Fresh Eye has had two artists, Dan Stallsworth and Soon-Wai Wong display work at Hyacinth. Fresh Eye staff install and take down the art, working with Hyacinth’s owner and general manager to curate an environment that adds to the artistic atmosphere of this intimate, elegant restaurant.
