Mike Davis
Mike Davis is an illustrator and mixed media artist represented by Fresh Eye Arts, a progressive studio supporting artists with disabilities in the twin cities metro area. Mike’s work focuses on portraits of Black figures, usually depicted standing in a distinct pose, facing forward with open arms. These figures are often repeated, but always unique. Details life outfit design, ear shape, skin color, and hairstyle distinguish each individual even as they’re part of a clearly developed iconography.
