Lynda Mullan at Galerie C.O.A. in Montréal

We are thrilled to announce that Lynda Mullan was one of nine artists invited to be a part of the Out 2021 | Group Exhibition at Galerie C.O.A. in Montréal. Lynda is the first Fresh Eye artist to exhibit work internationally. To see Lynda’s piece on display and learn more about Galerie C.O.A. click here.

Below is the exhibition description from C.O.A.

“Throughout this exhibition, C.O.A. advocates for awareness: nine artists take over the walls of the gallery, five of whom have an intellectual disability and/or an autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Because there is no longer any question of drawing a distinction between these creators, the focus isn’t on the marginal status of some. Whether paintings or sculptures, only the aesthetic qualities and intrinsic properties of each work are recognized.

From Canada, the United States, France, Germany, Belgium and Denmark, the nine artists, both established and emerging, offer a glimpse into their mythology. Regardless of their creative context, the primary goal of this exhibition is to highlight the aesthetic individuality of each artist, and the expression of their own universe.”

Congratulations Lynda!!
